This module will provide students an overview of the change management process and various considerations and impacts associated with changes in the design and construction process. Discussion should include an overview of Request for Information (RFI) Management, common modification reason codes, time impact analysis, estimation of cost/time associated with changes, and overview of the request for equitable adjustment and claims process.
